• Game Data – Coins, gold, premium account status, and saved images

• Provide and personalize the gameplay experience
• Maintain your progress across sessions and devices
• Support functionality like cloud saves and secure purchases

3. Image Generation and Ownership

The App offers features where users can input prompts to generate AI-based images. Prompts are processed for image generation only and are not used to train any machine learning models.

By using the image generation features, you acknowledge that:

• City of Fortune, LLC retains ownership rights over AI-generated images created within the App and stored in our database.
• We may use these images for promotional or marketing purposes (e.g., app store screenshots, social media posts).
• We reserve the right to remove or delete images that violate our Terms of Service or community guidelines.
• If a user deletes an image using in-game tools, the image is permanently removed from our database and no longer used in marketing upon request.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-game purchases. All transactions are handled through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and comply with their policies. We do not collect or store payment information.

5. Data Sharing and Selling

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data remains strictly confidential.

We retain your email address and game data only for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time, and all associated data will be permanently removed.
